What makes RolesPilot different from other freelance platforms like Upwork?
RolesPilot takes care of all administrative and organizational details for you. Instead of applying for jobs, you get matched with companies offering projects that fit your skills and experience. This lets you focus on the work you enjoy without spending time marketing yourself or negotiating rates. Moreover, it allows you to stand out as a vetted, credible professional rather than getting lost in a sea of auto-applied resumes. RolesPilot prioritizes candidates who pass its screening process.
Will I work as a contractor? Are there both part-time and full-time opportunities?
You can be hired part-time, full-time, or on an hourly basis, depending on the type of work offered by companies using RolesPilot to find talent, as well as your own availability choice. After registering on the platform and completing the screening process to verify your expertise, you will establish a working relationship by signing a contract with RolesPilot. You will receive a dedicated email address and get paid for your work through the platform. Depending on your circumstances, you can either collaborate as an individual freelancer or through your own business entity. Once a project for a given business client is completed, RolesPilot will connect you with your next opportunity.
Are there any fees for using RolesPilot as an expert?
No. Being a member of the RolesPilot talent network is entirely free.
Will I be able to define my hourly rate and how do I get paid?
Your hourly rate will be agreed upon with RolesPilot, based on your expertise, experience, and market conditions. You will simply invoice RolesPilot for the hours worked and receive payments accordingly.
