Depending on your needs, you can hire professionals part-time, full-time (e.g., 40 hours per week), or on an hourly basis. Rates are always defined on an hourly basis, and you can browse profiles and submit a hire request directly through the dashboard.
How easy is it to use RolesPilot’s dashboard? What does the flow look like?
The dashboard is extremely user-friendly. Once you register and complete your business profile, you have three straightforward options: 1. Create a search request specifying the roles you need, and we will find and propose the best candidates. 2. Explore available experts, review their detailed profiles, and submit an individual hire request yourself. 3. Provide all project details, and we will create a tailored talent proposal based on your specific needs. At any time, you can reach out to your customer support representative with any questions or clarifications you may need.
How does RolesPilot vet the talent?
Once an expert registers on the platform, RolesPilot’s team reviews their profile to determine if they are suitable to move forward. Next, the talent completes two assessments evaluating communication skills (e.g. English proficiency) and technical expertise (e.g. React Native development). Once they pass these steps, they are marked as “Qualified” in your dashboard. When you select the talent, or RolesPilot considers them for a hiring proposal, they complete an additional technical interview and assignment to demonstrate their ability to perform the role. Even then, you are not obligated to accept the talent.
Can I see the talent’s resume and work experience?
Absolutely. Each expert’s profile on RolesPilot provides a detailed overview of their work experience, areas of expertise, rates, languages spoken, education, certifications, and experience in specific industries.
How long does it take for the talent to start working on the project?
Generally, it takes up to two working days to source a suitable expert and up to 48 more hours for them to start working. However, this depends on the specific requirements and scope of the project or work to be done.
How does billing work on RolesPilot? Which payment methods are available?
Depending on your project timeframe and the number of hired experts, RolesPilot will issue an invoice for the services, either on a weekly or monthly basis, as agreed with you. All standard payment options are available, including ACH direct debit or a business credit card.
